When was Hijabsoforeign founded?

Founder and designer Raheema Chachouai, was introduced in September of 2018 in Indianapolis, IN, and officially launched in March 2019.

Where are your products made?

HSF products are made locally in Indianapolis, IN, with fabrics being purchased from local, national and international suppliers.

How can I suggest ideas or looks?

Can I custom order a scarf?

We are open to doing custom orders and will be transparent with you if we cannot fulfill your needs. We love to hear all your suggestions and requests when it comes to fabrics, colors, and styles. All the products online are available in colors and fabrics shown. Additions to pieces such as feathers, trims, etc., can be requested with an additional charge. When should I expect to receive my purchases?

Items are shipped out on the day of purchase or next business day, so long as they are ordered before 12 pm EST Monday-Friday, and should be received between 3-5 business days. Orders are shipped through USPS, and a live tracking number will be provided on all orders. We are not responsible for any delays once items are shipped, as USPS is responsible for the handling and delivery of all packages. For local pick up orders, pleas. If there are any delays, we will keep you updated on this.

What if the item is out of stock?

As some of our pieces are designed locally, we do our best to produce high-quality products. While some of our pieces are custom made, we try to avoid making the same products so that every piece is fresh and different. For customer favorites, we do our best to restock our most popular pieces so that you can complete your perfect looks.

HSF uses PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, Discover Card, American Express, and all other credit and debit cards. We also offer customers to purchase gift cards on our site that can be used for purchases. Protecting your personal financial information is important to us. We ensure that your information is secure and will not at any time sell or misuse the information provided.

What is your return policy?

We currently do not accept returns or exchanges. If, however, we made an error on our end (for example you received the wrong item), we will make sure this is properly taken care of and will cover the cost of shipping of returning your item. Contact us at info@hijabsoforeign.com
