Founder and designer Raheema Chachouai, was introduced in September of 2018 in Indianapolis, IN, and officially launched in March 2019.

HSF products are made in Indianapolis, IN, with fabrics being purchased from local, national and international suppliers.

Can I custom order a scarf?
Hijabsoforeign currently does not do custom orders, although we do take into consideration all your suggestions and requests when it comes to fabrics, colors, and styles. All the products online are available in colors and fabrics shown. Additions to pieces such as feathers, trims, etc., can be requested with an additional charge. When should I expect to receive my purchases?
Items are shipped out on the day of purchase or next business day, so long as they are ordered during business hours Monday-Friday and will be received between 3-5 business days. For those who are manually picking up their order, please email us for times and days that work for you to pick up your purchase. If there are any delays, we will keep you updated on this.
What if the item is out of stock?
As our pieces are hand made locally, we do our best to produce high-quality products. Since our focus is on making unique pieces, we try to avoid making the same products so that every piece is fresh and different. For those customers' favorite pieces, we do our best to restock so that you can complete the perfect look.
What are the methods of payment?
HSF uses PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, Discover Card, American Express, credit and debit cards. For those picking up or having pieces personally delivered can purchase using Cashapp, Venmo, Apple Pay, or cash upon request. Protecting your personal financial information is important to us. We ensure that your information is secure and will not at any time sell or misuse the information provided.
What is your return policy?
We currently do not accept returns or exchanges. If, however, we made an error on our end (for example you received the wrong item), we will make sure this is properly taken care of and will cover the cost of shipping of returning your item. Contact us at email@example.com
